Open the Muse app and tap “Scan MuseTag.” Hold your iPhone near the MuseTag until a vibration or animation confirms a successful scan. Make sure NFC is enabled and you're using a compatible iPhone (iPhone 7 or newer).
My MuseTag isn’t scanning. What should I do?

Ensure you are using a compatible iPhone and holding the MuseTag close to the top-back of the device. Avoid scanning near metal or other electronic devices. If issues persist, contact us at privacy@muse-app.info.
How can I edit or delete a playlist?

To make changes, simply tap on the playlist you wish to modify. From there, select the “Edit” option to update or remove the playlist from your library.
How do I connect my Spotify account?

Go to the “Settings” tab within the Muse app and tap “Connect to Spotify.” You'll be guided through the standard Spotify login flow to grant access securely.
How do I connect my Apple Music account?

Navigate to the “Settings” tab and tap “Connect to Apple Music.” You’ll be asked to grant permission for Muse to access your Apple Music account and playlists.
What can I do if Apple Music playlists don’t show up?

Ensure that you have granted Muse permission to access your Apple Music account in your device’s settings. Also, check your network connection. If the problem persists, try logging out and back in from the Settings tab.
Can I write Apple Music playlists to MuseTags?

Yes! Muse supports writing both Spotify and Apple Music playlists onto NFC tags, allowing your friends to instantly open your playlist in their preferred music app.
Can I write to my own NFC cards?
